Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your child’s favorite yogurt)

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to sweeten)
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, to thin if needed)

- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- Experiment with different fruits like bananas, peaches, or mango.
- Add a sprinkle of granola or chia seeds before freezing for added texture and nutrition.
- These can be made the night before for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
