Easy and fun mini breakfast pizzas perfect for kids. A quick and customizable meal.
Ingredients
- English muffins (split)
- Pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
- Toppings of your choice (cooked bacon, sausage, chopped vegetables, etc.)
- Eggs (optional, scrambled or fried)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place split English muffins on a baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each English muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the sauce.
- Add your desired toppings.
- If adding eggs, you can scramble and add them now, or cook small fried eggs to place on top after baking.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the English muffins are lightly toasted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- Let kids customize their own toppings.
- Use whole wheat English muffins for added fiber.
