Description

Easy and fun mini breakfast pizzas perfect for kids. A quick and customizable meal.


Ingredients

  • English muffins (split)
  • Pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
  • Toppings of your choice (cooked bacon, sausage, chopped vegetables, etc.)
  • Eggs (optional, scrambled or fried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place split English muffins on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each English muffin half.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the sauce.
  5. Add your desired toppings.
  6. If adding eggs, you can scramble and add them now, or cook small fried eggs to place on top after baking.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the English muffins are lightly toasted.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
