- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F). Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Heat through for 1 minute before serving.
