Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wedge brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheets onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into small squares, about 2 inches each.
- Place a small cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
- Top the brie with about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to create a triangle or small pouch. Gently press the edges together to seal. You can crimp with a fork if you like.
- Place the sealed bites onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought cranberry sauce for ultimate speed.
- For an extra shine, brush the tops with an egg wash before baking.
- If your brie is very soft, chill the assembled bites for 10 minutes before baking.
