- 4 oz chilled Prosecco or dry sparkling wine

Instructions
- Chill your Prosecco thoroughly before starting.
- Place 1/2 cup of fresh white peach puree into a chilled champagne flute.
- Slowly pour 4 ounces of chilled Prosecco over the puree. Pour slowly to minimize foam.
- Stir gently once or twice to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish the rim with a thin slice of fresh peach, if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use white peaches when available.
- If you do not have fresh puree, use high-quality canned peach puree, chilled.
- To make a Strawberry Bellini, substitute the peach puree with 1/2 cup of fresh strawberry puree.
- For a frozen version, blend the peach puree with ice cubes until smooth before topping with Prosecco.
