Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs red and green seedless grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until the dressing is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold the dried grapes into the cream cheese mixture until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the grape mixture into a serving dish.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans and brown sugar. Mix well.
  7. Sprinkle the pecan and brown sugar topping evenly over the grape salad.
  8. Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes

  • For the best texture, ensure your grapes are completely dry before mixing them with the dressing.
  • You can prepare the salad base and topping separately one day ahead. Assemble just before chilling.
