Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Arrange the biscuit pieces (the ‘bubbles’) randomly over the top of the chicken mixture, leaving small spaces between them for expansion.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the biscuits and the exposed chicken mixture.
