- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Fold in the mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy dip, add more mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese.
- If you prefer a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can prepare the dip ahead of time and bake it just before serving.
