Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
  4. Fold in the mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes
