We combine rich dark chocolate with smooth Irish cream and a warming kick of bourbon for a truly comforting adult treat. Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 ounces High-Quality Dark Chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 ounces Bourbon
  • 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Warm the mixture until steam rises, but do not boil.
  2. Add the chopped dark chocolate and sugar to the warm milk mixture. Whisk constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
