- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 ounces High-Quality Dark Chocolate (chopped)

- 1.5 ounces Bourbon
- 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Combine milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Warm the mixture until steam rises, but do not boil.
- Add the chopped dark chocolate and sugar to the warm milk mixture. Whisk constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Reduce the heat to low. Whisk in the vanilla extract and salt. Continue to warm gently for two minutes, stirring often.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the bourbon and Bailey’s Irish Cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the boozy hot chocolate into your favorite mug.
- Serve immediately. You can add whipped cream or chocolate shavings if you wish.

- For an extra rich drink, use all heavy cream instead of milk and cream combined.
