Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup spinach (optional, but great for sneaking in greens!)
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- Liquid of your choice (milk, almond milk, juice, water)
Instructions
- Divide the mixed berries, banana slices, spinach (if using), Greek yogurt, and chia seeds (if using) into individual freezer-safe bags or containers.
- Remove as much air as possible from the bags and seal them tightly.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- When ready to make a smoothie, empty the contents of one freezer pack into a blender.
- Add about 1/2 to 1 cup of your chosen liquid (start with less and add more to reach desired consistency).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a cup and serve immediately.
