Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup spinach (optional, but great for sneaking in greens!)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Liquid of your choice (milk, almond milk, juice, water)

Instructions

  1. Divide the mixed berries, banana slices, spinach (if using), Greek yogurt, and chia seeds (if using) into individual freezer-safe bags or containers.
  2. Remove as much air as possible from the bags and seal them tightly.
