Description

Make mornings easier with these make-ahead berry smoothie freezer packs. Just grab, blend, and enjoy a quick, nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup spinach (optional, but Leo doesn’t even notice it!)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (any kind you like)
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Divide the mixed berries, banana slices, and spinach (if using) into individual freezer-safe bags or containers.
  2. Seal the bags/containers tightly and freeze for up to 3 months.
  3. When ready to make a smoothie, empty the contents of one freezer pack into a blender.
  4. Add the yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using).
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  6. Pour into a cup and serve immediately. Mia loves hers with a silly straw!
