Description

Enjoy these crispy baked kale and zucchini chips as a healthy snack alternative to fried chips. They are seasoned and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into pieces
  • 1 large zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the kale and zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the kale and zucchini in a single layer on baking sheets. Do not overcrowd the pans.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes for kale chips, or 20-25 minutes for zucchini chips, or until crispy and slightly browned.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure kale and zucchini are completely dry before tossing with oil for maximum crispiness.
  • Bake in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the baking sheets.
  • Adjust seasoning to your preference.
