  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry using paper towels. This step is key for getting that crispy exterior.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top (flesh side) of each salmon fillet.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
